As the GIS Lead for We Service Pro, I design and implement location intelligence solutions to optimize service delivery across Abuja, Nigeria. By leveraging Geo-coding, heat mapping, and real-time tracking, the platform connects clients with nearby providers while identifying strategic growth areas.

Objective Definition: Identified project goals, audience, and deliverables.
Data Preparation: Collected data from HDX and OpenStreetMap; simulated points for clients, providers, and demand zones.
Geocoding & Conversion: Used ArcGIS Pro to convert addresses into coordinates.
Map Design: Applied clear visual hierarchy with appropriate symbols, colors, and labels.
Layout & Presentation: Integrated inset maps, legends, and charts for clarity.
Export & Delivery: Exported high-resolution PNG maps with polished titles and legends.
